When installed they look great and theyre heavy duty steel too. they also come with a rubber ring to hide the screws. they are really simple to insall the price is a little high but there made for the subwoofer, not some universal junk.

I purchased the Alpine Grill kit for 12" Subs and was very pleased. It fit my Alpine 1243D sub perfectly. The materials were top quality and the way it attaches to the enclosure is very clever and clean, you do not see the screws. I needed a grill because the sub is in my cargo area and we load and unload a wheelchair all the time, the heavy duty metal protects the sub. I don't know if it would work for other brands of subs, but for the Alpines its a perfect fit! SIK-NIK
